Love is saying no sometimes. Love is showing up wholeheartedly, staying present for someone, and consciously choosing them every single day. I think love is also having healthy boundaries, knowing when to draw a clear line, protecting your inner space and preserving your emotional energy. It is never about losing yourself completely for another person. You hold onto who you are, so that you can love that person fully, sincerely, and steadily—instead of blindly giving in and letting them drain every bit of your joy, peace, and vitality out of you.

爱有时意味着拒绝。爱是全情投入地出现，为对方保持在场，并且每一天都有意识地选择对方。我认为，爱还意味着拥有健康的边界，知道何时该划清界限，保护自己的内心空间，保存自己的情感能量。爱从来不是为了另一个人而完全失去自我。你要坚守自己的本色，这样你才能完整、真诚且稳定地去爱那个人——而不是盲目地屈服，任由对方榨干你每一丝快乐、平静和活力。
